The Company received the following notifications today
confirming transactions in the Company's share capital by
directors of the Company.
Mr A Knight and Dr I Pardoe have today sold 1,009,100 and
1,015,000 shares respectively at 2.00p per share. These
shares were acquired by their respective Self Invested
Pension Plans.
Mr Knight and Dr Pardoe therefore retain a beneficial
interest in 75,153,764 and 44,727,451 shares respectively
in the Company, representing 16.27 per cent. and 9.68 per
cent. of the issued share capital of the Company. |
