The Board of Henderson Morley plc, the AIM listed drug
discovery company, announces today that it has granted
options over 2,500,000 Ordinary Shares at an exercise
price of 2.25p to Chairman Andrew Knight, options over
2,500,000 Ordinary Shares at an exercise price of 2.25p to
Chief Executive Dr Ian Pardoe and options over 800,000
Ordinary Shares at an exercise price of 2.25p to Finance
Director Christopher Pate. These options are exercisable
for a period of five years from 1 May 2007.
