The Board of Henderson Morley plc (“Henderson Morley” or
“the Company”), notes the movement in the Company’s share
price today.
The Company is able to confirm that it is in a late stage
of negotiations with an AIM-listed life sciences company.
This proposed collaboration may lead to the grant of a
licence in respect of another project from Henderson
Morley’s product portfolio. A further statement will be
made in this respect at the appropriate time.
The Company will be announcing its interim results for the
six months to 31 October 2006 during the course of the
next seven days. |
