The Board of Henderson Morley Plc (“Henderson Morley” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that at the Company’s AGM held earlier today, all the resolutions were duly passed.
Executive Chairman Andrew Knight made the following comments: “Henderson Morley has had an extremely busy period and we look forward to pursuing further opportunities as we work towards the anticipated commercialization of our patent portfolio and continue to develop ICVT. To this end we were pleased to have secured further funding earlier this month.
“We continue to look for new commercial opportunities – a point highlighted by the recent US and European licenses granted to Cutanea Life Sciences and Amistad Pharma, which will help to underpin further development.
“The Company has focused on the development of its technology portfolio and continues to seek new opportunities to grow its revenue streams both in the near and long term by focusing on both human and animal health. I believe the Company has made excellent progress this year and look forward to updating the market on further developments in due course.” |
