Further to Henderson Morley’s announcement on 13 July 2006, the Board announces today that negotiations are progressing well with the un-named dermatological pharmaceutical company based in the United States, however, both parties have agreed to a further 14 day extension to 31 August 2006 in order to conclude these negotiations.
A further announcement will be made at that time.
