Further to Henderson Morley plc’s announcement on 16 June 2006, the Board announces today that it remains in negotiation with the un-named dermatological pharmaceutical company based in the United States, and both parties have therefore agreed to a further 30 day extension to 17 August 2006 in order to continue these negotiations.
A further announcement will be made at that time. |
