Directive, Henderson Morley would like to notify the market of the
following:
The Company's share capital consists
of 721,261,963 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 0.125p
each. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in
Henderson Morley is 721,261,963 (the 'Figure').
The Figure of 721,261,963 may be
used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will
determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to
their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency
Rules. |
