The Directors have taken insolvency and other professional advice in connection with the financial position of the Company. Having considered this advice, the Directors have resolved that pursuant to the procedures in part 2 of The Insolvency Rules 1986, a notice of intention to appoint an administrator by the Directors will be filed later today.
As a result the Company's shares have been suspended from trading on AIM with immediate effect.
