Henderson Morley were formed in 1996, and have been listed on the London Stock Exchange (AIM) since 2001. The company has established a state of the art research facility in Birmingham UK, with comprehensive virus culture and research facilities. These have yielded some important medical breakthroughs leading to several licensing deals with pharmaceutical company partners, and the granting of over 20 patents. Since listing on AIM in 2001, the company has won “Best Performing Share on AIM 2006” and “Best performing techMARK mediscience share 2006”

BUSINESS STRATEGY

The business strategy of Henderson Morley is to develop in-house discoveries up to a stage where they may be licensed to Pharmaceutical or development partners. The stage at which this occurs will be dependant upon many factors, however it is likely that the commercial partner would meet the costs of the final stages of clinical development. This strategy is anticipated to yield up-front and on-going licensing and royalty payments once the products are licensed for sale.
